What You Will Do
Build your real estate business with hands-on support and structure
Work with renters, landlords, buyers, and sellers across NYC
Source, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
Participate in weekly trainings and strategy sessions
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new clients
Conduct showings, tours, and client consultations
Support deals from initial inquiry through closing
Prepare market analyses and pricing insights
Maintain organization of leads and pipeline through CRM
Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience
Who Are You
Licensed real estate salesperson in NYC (or in process)
$5M-$15M+ in annual sales volume
Hungry, coachable, and willing to do the work
Strong communicator with good follow-through
Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
