What You Will Do

  • Run and scale your existing real estate business
  • Advise clients across sales, rentals, and/or new development
  • Leverage Charney’s platform to win and execute more business
  • Contribute to team culture, mentorship, and knowledge sharing

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow an active pipeline of buyers and sellers
  • Lead client strategy: pricing, negotiation, and positioning
  • Execute deals efficiently from sourcing through closing
  • Build referral networks and repeat business
  • Represent the Charney brand at a high level in the market

Who Are You

  • Licensed real estate professional in NYC
  • Proven track record of production

Preferred production profile:

  • $20M+ in annual sales volume 
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills
  • Entrepreneurial, but values collaboration and platform leverage
  • Looking to grow—not just maintain—your business

Compensation

  • Commission-based
