Ethan Snyder
Development Associate
Ethan Snyder is a Development Associate at Charney Companies, where he supports the firm’s deal structuring, acquisitions, and project management. In his role, Ethan works closely with senior leadership to underwrite new opportunities, coordinate financing strategies, and contribute to the execution of active developments. He plays an integral part in the delivery of Charney’s projects in Gowanus, Brooklyn, ensuring they progress efficiently from concept through completion.
Ethan earned his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Penn State University, where he co-founded Old State Realty and the Penn State Realty Association, the university’s student-led real estate organizations. While at Penn State, Ethan also led his team to victory at the 2025 ICSC & UNC Kenan-Flagler Retail Real Estate Case Competition in Las Vegas, gaining national recognition for innovative retail development strategies.
