Jordan Morris

Jordan serves as COO of Construction at Charney Companies, where she leads the advancement of the firm’s growing development and in-house construction platform. She brings deep technical expertise and proven leadership across complex, large-scale construction projects.

Prior to joining Charney, Jordan was a Project Executive at Lendlease Construction, where she led the delivery of 1 Java Street, an 834-unit residential building featuring the largest geothermal system in New York State. During her tenure at Lendlease, she also worked on multiple luxury high-rise condominium developments and a large-scale pre-construction effort for a major technology company.

Jordan holds a Civil Engineering degree from Penn State University and began her career with a general contractor in the Washington, DC metro area. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, tackling DIY projects, and actively supporting women in the construction industry.
