Derek Rispoli

Derek is the Director of Accounting at Charney Companies, where he oversees all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for Charney Property Management.  He has extensive experience in operational accounting including management reporting, budgeting, expense management, and payroll compliance.

Prior to joining Charney Companies Derek spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, and membership businesses.   He oversaw over $100 Million in assets for a family office and worked for a restaurant group with sales in excess of $75 Million.  Derek has been responsible for everything from day-to-day accounting operations to complex financial reporting to ownership and lenders.

Derek graduated with a degree in Accounting from The Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.
