Jared Zolna
SVP, Asset Management
Jared Zolna is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Charney Companies, where he oversees portfolio operations, strategic initiatives, leasing performance, and capital execution across the firm’s portfolio. With more than 15 years of experience managing national real estate platforms, he brings full-cycle expertise in asset management, investments, and operational leadership. Over the course of his career, Jared has overseen more than 30 million square feet across family office, private equity, and institutional environments, driving initiatives that strengthen cash flow, optimize portfolio positioning, and enhance long-term asset value.
Prior to joining Charney, Jared held senior roles at SkyREM, Faropoint, and CenterPoint Properties (a CalPERS-owned REIT), including oversight of a 16 million square foot, $2.5 billion national industrial portfolio. He led more than $300 million in financings, executed over $480 million in dispositions, and negotiated leasing across multi-market portfolios. Earlier in his career, he managed multifamily assets, building a strong foundation in property-level operations, capital project execution, and value creation.
Jared holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science and Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
