Kaitlyn Hom

Kaitlyn serves as Brokerage and New Development Associate at Charney Companies, where she supports the firm’s development pipeline and brokerage initiatives through financial coordination, market analysis, and strategic project evaluation.
Kaitlyn is also a licensed real estate salesperson, actively working with clients across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
Kaitlyn graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a minor in Business Administration. Her background in architecture, combined with her experience in real estate and development, allows her to approach projects with both design awareness and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
