Nicoleta Boicenco

Nicoleta Boicenco is a Development Associate at Charney Companies, where she supports the execution of the firm’s development, acquisition, and project management strategies. She contributes to underwriting new investments, market analysis, as well as day-to-day project coordination efforts across Charney’s portfolio.

Before joining Charney Companies, Nicoleta gained experience at Newmark in New York and worked on residential developments in Europe. She holds a BA in History, Politics and Economics from University College London and an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
