Perry Lorberbaum

Perry is the AVP of Development at Charney Companies, where he is primarily responsible for spearheading new acquisitions and managing the design and construction of various development projects.  Most recently, Perry worked for GFI Development Company in New York, where he led development management, acquisitions, and financing initiatives for new and existing assets, including One11 Residences (formerly the Parker Hotel), The Beekman Hotel and Residences, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach, Ace Hotel Brooklyn, and many others. Before GFI, Perry worked as a Private Equity Associate at Beechwood Capital in Boston, MA, specializing in the consumer retail sector.

Perry holds a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University, with a concentration in corporate finance and law.
