Ryan Bondoc

Ryan is a Senior Property Manager at Charney Companies where he brings his over 18 years of experience in managing luxury residential and commercial properties. Working for other reputable property management companies such as Argo Real Estate, First Service Residential, and AKAM Associates, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Whether it’s overseeing major capital projects such as facade restoration, roof replacements, hallway and lobby renovation, boiler conversion, or fire and flooding remediation, he has garnered a track record in delivering efficient and effective property management for owners and clients.

Ryan graduated from Baruch College with a major in Human Resources. He also holds a professional certification from Steven L. Newman’s Real Estate Institute at Baruch College focusing on Real Estate Management.
